Terms of Service.

By accessing or using FLOW Commons at flowcommons.xyz (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, whether or not you have created an account.

FLOW is a research commons for private markets. It is a platform where users open investigations into private companies, contribute evidence, evolve theses, and have their reasoning stamped by market valuations provided by PreStocks.

FLOW is not a trading terminal, an investment adviser, or a financial intermediary. It does not execute trades, custody assets, or facilitate the purchase or sale of any security, token, or financial instrument.

All content on FLOW — investigations, contributions, theses, market data, and research events — is provided for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Market valuation data displayed on FLOW is fetched from PreStocks and reflects token prices on the Solana blockchain. These prices are not indicative of any company’s actual valuation and should not be relied upon for investment decisions.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content from FLOW. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

To publish content, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

One person may not create multiple accounts to manipulate reputation, votes, or bounty outcomes.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fabricated information
• Manipulate market data, valuations, or onchain timestamps
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Harass, threaten, or defame other researchers
• Post content that infringes on others’ intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate the platform
• Post spam, promotional content unrelated to research, or malicious links

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of content you publish on FLOW — your investigations, contributions, theses, and research events. By publishing, you grant FLOW a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Service for the purpose of operating the research commons.

Once content is published and stamped with market data, it becomes part of the permanent research record. You may edit your profile and certain content, but the history of your contributions is preserved to maintain research integrity.

Theses timestamped on Solana are permanently recorded onchain and cannot be retracted.

Market valuation data on FLOW is provided by PreStocks, which reflects token prices trading on the Solana blockchain. This data is:

• Informational only and not a substitute for professional market data
• Subject to volatility, manipulation, and technical errors
• Not indicative of any company’s actual equity valuation
• Stamped at the time of posting and not updated retroactively

FLOW and PreStocks make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data. You rely on it at your own risk.

Bounties are research rewards offered by users for specific contributions. FLOW facilitates the posting and submission of bounties but is not a party to any bounty agreement between users.

Bounty creators are responsible for evaluating submissions and determining winners. FLOW does not arbitrate bounty disputes unless they involve violations of these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content is accurate or reliable.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLOW Commons and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of reputation, or any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on content or market data displayed on the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FLOW Commons and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your conduct, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using FLOW at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination, your published content remains part of the research commons unless you request its removal, subject to the permanent nature of onchain timestamps.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. We will update the date at the top of this page whenever changes are made. Continued use of FLOW after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FLOW Commons operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
