A thesis is not a prediction — it is the strongest version of what you currently believe, with the reasoning and falsifiers made explicit. As evidence accumulates, the thesis evolves into new versions. The full history is preserved, so you can see how thinking changed and why.
The market stamps the record.
Every contribution and thesis version is stamped with the company's market valuation at the time of posting. This creates a track record that cannot be rewritten — you can see whether someone's reasoning was ahead of or behind the market.
Why this matters.
Private markets run on private information. The people closest to the signal write memos, build models, and form convictions — but that work rarely escapes their own spreadsheets. When it does, it is usually after the fact, in a tweet or a blog post that has lost all its context.
FLOW makes the reasoning public while it is still useful. Not the final answer, but the working process: what people are trying to figure out, what they believe right now, what would change their mind, and whether the market agrees with them.
